Terrell ISD's Excellence Center for Enhanced Learning is a product of innovative vision. This is a dream come true. Hello Tiger Family, I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself.

Current construction on the ExCEL building located just off Colquitt on the cafeteria side of FMS should be completed near the end of the first semester. Students will be grouped by grade level and enrollment is limited to 20 students per session.

ExCEL FITNESS MEMBERSHIP - Annual 2018

Hello Tiger Family, I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is A. Knight and I joined the Tiger Team earlier this school year as the Director of the Excellence Center for Enhanced Learning ExCEL. It has been a whirlwind of excitement and new beginnings as we prepare for the opening of this incredible facility. Construction of the ExCEL is quickly nearing completion, and we could not be more excited for the opportunities to come! As you know, ExCEL will offer a variety of first class athletic and academic programs for our students and community. These programs, initially serving students in second through eighth grades, will begin in the summer and may include but are not limited to: robotics, fine arts, basketball, volleyball, indoor soccer, and arena football. Additionally, the fitness center for senior citizens and Terrell ISD staff is scheduled to open this Spring. Registration for our academic and athletic programs is scheduled to open Monday, March 19, so we encourage you to stay connected with us on and subscribe to our for more information. We are also gearing up for the launch of the ExCEL website, where you will have access to all of the necessary details regarding academic and athletic programing, online registration, event calendars, coaching and volunteering opportunities, and much more. I hope you all have a wonderful second semester, and I look forward to meeting you at the ExCEL! Knight Terrell ISD ExCEL Director I am very excited about all the new construction that will lead to extraordinary opportunities for our Community. My passion is people and I have always visioned a place where our youth and the senior community could come together to learn from one another. This is a dream come true. My daughter Grace West is a sophomore at Terrell high school. She is an extraordinary student and athlete who would definitely benefit from The ExCEL Center. I cannot wait for Grace and all students to have an opportunity to step into the Excel center for the first time. I do believe this will give her hope for the last two years at Terrell High School. Knight , I have not had the pleasure to meet you but look forward to meeting you in the near future. I am very involved in a senior community including being a supporter and volunteer for the Terrell senior center. There is a lot of excitement going on around Terrell America and in my opinion I believe we are heading in the right direction! Job well done Terrell ISD.

Students at FMS will receive an education built upon terrell excel center foundation of sound character development. I want to take this opportunity to help make this transition back to school a much easier one while letting you know about some of the changes here at FMS. Introductory Sessions The ExCEL After School Artists Program is designed for students to discover, explore, and develop their skills in various art forms. Each machine at ExCEL Fitness was tested and hand selected for its capability to build strength, endurance, coordination, and stability for everyday life. Job well done Terrell ISD. As with every new school year there are feelings of sadness as another summer comes to an end.
